Yep, this plan is sugar-free in order to keep fat-storage at bay and your blood sugar balance super chill. But don't worry, these recipes will still delight you and your family.
Gluten-free options are available throughout each week for those who are gluten-sensitive or want to try eliminating it for a time. Also, white flour or white rice products are not included.
Dairy can be tricky. If you're going to include it, please make sure it's high quality and not "fat free" or "light" (fat is almost always replaced by sugar). Recommendations are made each week.
An option for those of you who do not eat meat. It can be tricky to adjust meal plans when meat is not an option, but I've done the work for you. Please note that this plan includes eggs and some cheese.
