I'm an eating disorder survivor turned certified holistic nutritionist. I was the girl who was never content with her body, ate little to nothing, exercised all the time, and obsessed about it all! I lived in that prison for years.

BUT I overcame it all and set out to help others like YOU find freedom from the clutches of food obsession and learn how to build strong, healthy and lean without the obsession.

After talking to so many of you and working with various clients, I know there are some very real issues that highjack not only your health but your life as well.

Some of these include food addictions and unhealthy cravings, food sensitivities/allergies, unexplained or uncontrollable weight gain, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression. 

If you are facing these (and other health concerns) your life can really feel out of control and optimal health out of reach.

And work and family and kids and life, in general, can really make it seem impossible to enact positive change.

I just want you to know that I TOTALLY get it because I'VE BEEN THERE TOO!



I've struggled through many of these scenarios. And just like you, I truly wanted to find answers (easy answers, if I'm honest) to gain back the control I sensed I had lost.

But, it was NOT easy, and so many things seemed to stand in the way of my success.

However, as much as I wanted to some days, I never gave up. I kept searching and trying UNTIL I finally discovered a significant root to my failed attempts - MY MINDSET.

This is one of, if not THE most important thing I will teach you in my Foundations Program, and you will find that it bleeds into all areas of your life, not just your health.

BELIEF in yourself and BELIEF in what's possible (as cheesy as it sounds) will take you further than you've ever gone before.


Does this sound crazy to you? Too simple? Not profound enough?  Well, it's the truth!

Now, this doesn't mean there aren't some other strategies that I had to implement to dig myself out of a 10-year eating disorder, addictive behaviors, raising children with food sensitivities, keeping my figure after five kids, AND surviving my own health crisis in my late 30s.

I'm just saying it's one of the most important things I address in my program, and it is often overlooked in so many other nutrition and health programs [i.e. it's not just about a savvy meal plan, the latest fad diet, or a slick new exercise program - even though those can be great!]



But the long story short is that I overcame these struggles and learned SO MUCH along the way!

I recently heard a saying that stated this idea perfectly: "YOU EITHER SUCCEED OR YOU LEARN"!

I love this!! Because this is the truth when it comes to life. Some say you either succeed or you fail - BUT REALLY, failure can equal LEARNING and future success (if you let it!)

So, I've taken all my successes and "failures" and turned them into an awesome program that will help you overcome these same roadblocks as well.
